Data is scattered across five systems
The CRM stands alone. Conversations live in a messenger, tasks in a tracker, documents in the cloud, and finances in a spreadsheet. A single deal is spread across five systems, none aware of the others.
HereCRM · Pitch deck
HereCRM brings sales, projects, communications, documents, and company finances into one workspace—and lets an AI agent work alongside employees within its assigned permissions.
The problem
The CRM stands alone. Conversations live in a messenger, tasks in a tracker, documents in the cloud, and finances in a spreadsheet. A single deal is spread across five systems, none aware of the others.
To understand what is happening across the company, leaders have to reconcile exports by hand. By the time they have the full picture, it is already out of date.
AI assistants can write, but they cannot see company data or act on it. Someone still has to copy and paste between the assistant's advice and the system.
Connecting the tools becomes a separate contractor-led project that breaks whenever either service is updated.
Solution
A lead, conversation, call, task, contract, and payment are connected records in one system, not entries scattered across separate services. No exports are needed to move between them.
Instead of relying on a hardcoded list of scenarios, the agent works with the product's entire API. It finds the right operation, performs it, and delivers the result by voice, text, or Telegram.
The agent acts on the user's behalf under the same workspace isolation rules. If the user cannot see something, neither can the agent.
A workspace edition tailors sections, pipelines, and reference data to the client's industry. The core product code remains shared, so everyone receives updates at once.
What sets it apart
A typical assistant connects to a product through a fixed set of commands, so it can only do what developers have defined in advance. In HereCRM, the agent has access to the product's entire interface through a universal protocol: it first finds the right operation, then performs it. Every new product feature becomes available to the agent the day it launches, with no separate integration.
The agent searches the entire product API for the right operation rather than choosing from a hardcoded list of scenarios.
It creates tasks, advances deals, prepares reports, and responds to support requests. The outcome is a real change in the system, not a recommendation.
It acts on the user's behalf, subject to the same workspace isolation and role-based permissions.
The same agent is available in the product interface, by voice, in Telegram, and in the desktop app.

Product line
The web platform is the core of the product. Its multitenant architecture gives each company an isolated workspace with its own set of modules.
A macOS and Windows wrapper with automatic updates and its own download portal.
A native iOS app for managing tasks, leads, and notifications on the go.
An open-source, MIT-licensed Telegram gateway for CLI coding agents. Its public mirror is on GitHub, and its product page is at hereassistant.hereagency.ru.
Industry-specific platform configurations with sections, pipelines, and reference data tailored to each industry without code changes.
An internal interface editor for changing product screens without a full development cycle.
Maturity · TRL 8
The platform runs in its own server environment, with self-hosted Git, object storage, and a database. More than 50 workspaces have been deployed, including client workspaces.
Updates ship to production every day, and every version is logged in a public release registry. Type checks, lint checks, and tests must all pass before deployment.
In the agency workspace alone, the system has processed more than 590,000 user actions and 138,000 messages.
The agency runs its entire operation in HereCRM: sales, production, finance, hiring, and support. Every feature is tested by our own team first.
Roadmap
Ready-to-use configurations for agencies, property developers, manufacturers, and funds. Implementation takes one day instead of weeks.
A shift from an agent that carries out requests to processes that handle routine work on their own: lead qualification, document preparation, reporting, and first-line support.
For companies that need to keep data within their own perimeter, the platform can run on the client's infrastructure.
