APIs, business entities, realtime, queues, and state storage.

5 technologies

NestJS

Modular API core, background workers, bots, and integrations.

Production

PostgreSQL

HereCRM's primary relational database with tenant-bound Row Level Security.

Production

Drizzle ORM

Typed PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and migrations.

Production

Redis + BullMQ

Queues, Pub/Sub, caching, and background process coordination. RabbitMQ is not used.

Production
03

AI, channels, and integrations

Direct connections without a required third-party integration layer.

5 technologies

HereAssistant

Privacy-first Telegram gateway to Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, and Qwen Code, with account isolation and work session synchronization.

Production

MCP Platform

Managed apps, scopes, tools, and secure ChatGPT Apps connections.

Production

Gitea API + webhooks

Repositories, commits, tasks, AI sessions, and event delivery to the CRM.

Production

faster-whisper + Ollama

Local transcription and structured AI analysis of phone calls without requiring the text to be sent to an external LLM. The analysis model was changed from Qwen3 1.7B to Qwen3 8B on July 24, 2026, following a factual accuracy QA audit of 50 calls.

Specialized

Piper + Vosk-TTS

Local speech synthesis for assistant replies without an external service or per-use synthesis fees. Piper applies stress and intonation automatically, so it voices six characters; the female voice was migrated from Silero to Vosk-TTS, the only tested system that raises pitch at the end of a question and assigns stress using its built-in dictionary. ChatTTS, XTTS-v2, Fish Speech, MMS, VoiceCraft, and F5-TTS_RUSSIAN were rejected for licensing reasons; Bark, CosyVoice2, and Chatterbox were rejected for their hardware requirements, as they run eight times slower than real time on a CPU. Synthesis takes 0.2–0.6 seconds per phrase with the model loaded in memory.

Specialized
04

Infrastructure and security

Our own physical environment, storage, security, and recovery.

13 technologies

Ubuntu Linux

The primary operating system for the production server and isolated CI.

Production

Nginx

TLS termination, static sites, reverse proxying, and public client domains.

Production

Cloudflare DNS + Turnstile

Scoped DNS management for the HereAgency zone and an optional bot challenge for the public AI demo; the challenge is enabled only when both the site key and secret key are configured.

Specialized

Squid

HTTP/HTTPS CONNECT proxy on the US node without HTTPS decryption, with individual credentials, private usage statistics, and TLS ingress.

Production

Dante

SOCKS5 proxy on the US node with username authentication and aggregate usage accounting that excludes traffic content.

Production

coturn

TURN/STUN server: connects call participants directly even behind corporate NAT and firewalls.

Specialized

PM2 + systemd

Management of Node.js, Python, and infrastructure processes without containerizing the core.

Production

Gitea

Self-hosted Git server, change provenance, and development environment.

Production

RustFS / S3

Local object storage for media, documents, and Telegram sessions.

Production

HashiCorp Vault

Transit KMS, tenant data encryption, and managed secrets.

Production

PostgreSQL PITR + rclone crypt

Point-in-time recovery, nightly backups, and regular restore drills.

Production

GlitchTip

Self-hosted error tracking without sending PII to external Sentry Cloud.

Isolated

KVM + libvirt

An isolated Linux/x64 VM for secure report builds and future runners.

Isolated

Communication channels

Clients write where it suits them

Messengers, email, and calls connect to the workspace directly: conversations land in the record without third-party connectors or manual copying.

Telegram

Personal accounts and bots: conversations, group chats, and outreach inside the lead record.

Production

WhatsApp

Sending and receiving messages through the workspace gateway, without a third-party BSP provider.

Specialized

Email

Corporate and personal mailboxes: letters, threads, and attachments inside the workspace.

Production

Telephony

Browser calls, conversation history, recordings, and linking to the client record.

Production

Video calls

First-party voice and video rooms, guest meetings without an external service.

Specialized

No spin

What we do not claim
is part of the production stack.

RabbitMQ

Not part of the active runtime: queues and Pub/Sub run on Redis + BullMQ.

Dokploy

Not used for production deployments: releases use the standard Git-aware scripts, rsync, and PM2/systemd.

Kubernetes

Not part of the current production environment; the core runs natively on Linux.

Docker as the core runtime

The core services are not containerized. GlitchTip is the only documented isolated exception.

Chatterbox (Resemble AI)

It is MIT-licensed and supports Russian, but CPU synthesis takes 5–14 times longer than real time, Russian word stress is not assigned, interrogative intonation is absent, and a watermark is embedded in every output and cannot be disabled. Verified experimentally on July 30, 2026.

VoiceCraft

The model weights use the Coqui Public Model License, which permits a commercial organization to use them only for testing and evaluation.
